Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team or log into your SMEG account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the appliance in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
